Highly Skilled Vendor Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled AVP Sourcing Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day negotiations with third-party vendors, overseeing regulatory and compliance controls, and ensuring robust risk remediation practices across multiple domains.
This is a high-visibility position for professionals passionate about ensuring strong governance, resilience, and third-party oversight in a global financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate commercial and non-commercial agreements with third-party vendors.
- Drive initiatives to remediate control gaps across Third-Party Risk, Cybersecurity, Operational Resilience, and People Risk.
- Review and interpret SOC reports, providing technical guidance as needed.
- Maintain compliance with mandatory regulatory frameworks, including RRP, OCIR, and GDPR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance vendor risk governance and regulatory alignment.
- Provide subject matter expertise during audits and regulatory reviews.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong background in controls, risk remediation, and vendor compliance management.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex negotiations with third-party vendors.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, including RRP, OCIR, and GDPR.
- Hands-on experience reviewing and explaining SOC reports.
