About this Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Vendor Compliance Manager. As a key member of our Risk & Controls function, you will be responsible for driving negotiations with third-party vendors, ensuring robust risk remediation practices across multiple domains, and overseeing regulatory compliance controls.

This is a high-visibility position for professionals passionate about governance, resilience, and vendor oversight in a global financial environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate commercial and non-commercial agreements with third-party vendors.
  • Develop and implement controls remediation initiatives across Third-Party Risk, Cybersecurity, Operational Resilience, and People Risk.
  • Review and interpret technical queries on SOC reports.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory regulatory frameworks (RRP, OCIR, GDPR).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance vendor risk governance and regulatory alignment.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during audits and regulatory reviews.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10–12 years of experience in controls, risk remediation, and vendor compliance management.
  • A strong background in negotiation, contract review, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex negotiations with third-party vendors.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (RRP, OCIR, GDPR).
  • Hands-on experience in reviewing and explaining SOC reports.
