We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives in the Hyderabad region for HVAC products and solutions. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in HVAC Solutions, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.


The successful Sales Manager will drive business development and sales growth for HVAC Products and Solutions in the Hyderabad market. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential clients, maintaining and expanding a strong professional network within the HVAC Industry, developing sales strategies tailored to local market dynamics and customer needs, and tracking sales performance and reporting regularly on targets, pipeline, and market feedback.


To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
  • 8-12 years of experience in B2B HVAC Sales
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC Systems, components, and applications
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking ability with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers in the HVAC Industry
  • Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently
