We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Engineer who possesses a rare combination of strong technical knowledge, sales expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills. This is a client-facing role that will involve working closely with our Director to attract and manage potential clients, while also overseeing project execution and leading on-site teams.

Salary:
₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month and
additional Bonus Incentives/Commissions for Performance/Sales

Job Type
: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and engage with potential clients alongside the Director
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized HVAC solutions
  • Supervise installation, service, and maintenance projects
  • Manage and guide technical teams on-site
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
  • Coordinate project timelines, materials, and client communication
  • Prepare basic reports and updates for management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the HVAC industry (technical + supervisory)
  • Strong sales and client-handling experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage field teams and ensure timely project completion
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
