Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager - HVAC to lead sales initiatives in our Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in HVAC solutions, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development and sales growth for HVAC products and solutions in the Hyderabad market.
- Identify and engage with potential clients including contractors, consultants, developers, and facility managers.
- Maintain and expand a strong professional network within the HVAC industry.
- Develop sales strategies tailored to local market dynamics and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and consultants.
- Track sales performance and report regularly on targets, pipeline, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- 8-12 years of experience in B2B HVAC sales.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking ability with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers in the HVAC industry.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
