About the Role

This position requires an individual with excellent leadership skills, who can develop and implement effective policies and systems for performance management, compensation planning, and employee rewards and recognition. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of projects and deadlines, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global policies and systems for performance management, compensation planning, and employee rewards and recognition.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of projects and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting, both written and verbally.
  • Analyze complex data from various sources, draw meaningful conclusions, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Proven experience in leading impactful projects, collaborating with professionals across the organization, and driving business results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced level MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to use good judgment, be discreet and highly trustworthy, and demonstrate ethical conduct along with high level of integrity.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
