Job Title: Global Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Benefits Specialist to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of our benefits modules. If you have expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits and a passion for designing impactful solutions, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement SuccessFactors Global Benefits across large organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Develop and configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations.
  • Design and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
