Key Responsibilities include:
- 1) Sales & Customer Engagement
- a) Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions based on current trends.
- b) Provide personalized service to enhance customer experience and drive repeat business.
- c) Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- 2) Store Operations & Merchandising
- a) Maintain merchandise as per brand standards, ensuring an organized and visually appealing store layout.
- b) Support inventory management, restocking, and shrink control.
- c) Ensure compliance with store policies and standard operating procedures.
- 3) Performance & Business Growth
- a) Contribute to the store's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales targets and customer satisfaction scores.
- b) Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales.
- c) Stay updated on product knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- 12th Pass / Graduate from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in retail or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion, digital commerce, and emerging retail trends.
