Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized product recommendations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Inspect incoming products, optimize inventory management and maintain efficient stock levels.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring perfect product displays, high standards of cleanliness and smooth checkout processes.
- Assist customers with in-store promotions, brand introductions and product demonstrations.
- Support part-time staff with product knowledge and customer service training, enhancing their skills and confidence.
- Contribute to product curation and merchandising decisions based on customer feedback, trends and market analysis.
- A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in beauty, retail or customer-facing roles is preferred (open to entry-level candidates).
