Service Manager Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Executing daily service operations with a team of assigned technicians within a given service area.
  • Ensuring quality of service delivery by effective supervision on technicians-on-the-job as per company standards.
  • Ensuring technicians carry out treatment within a given Time on Site (ToS) in a competent manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owner of their service area in terms of all operations-related actions.
  • Executing daily service operations with a team of assigned Technicians within a given service area.
  • Ensuring quality of service delivery by effective supervision on technicians-on-the-job as per company SOPs.
  • Ensuring technicians carry out treatment within a given Time on Site (ToS) in a competent manner.
  • Engaging technicians via route riding, training on the job, planning, and executing TPAs (Technicians Performance Assessment).
  • Coaching and training assigned technicians to improve service quality.
  • Conveying special instructions to technicians to execute the job as per Service Docket.
  • Liaising with Sales colleagues.
  • Carrying out pest management audits of customer sites as per agreed schedules.
  • Completing and closing customer audit non-conformities.
  • Following up and implementing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) at customer sites.

Requirements:

  • Minimum B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, Agriculture or any prior experience in operations of pest management or service industry is desirable.
  • Proficient in the use of computer applications and systems with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or its equivalent.
  • Well-versed with various internal company systems such as iCABS, STP, iAuditor, SRA, SQA, SQS, TPA, myRentokilPCI, Service Leads App, U, etc.
