Business Continuity Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and implementation of Business Continuity Plans. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless continuity in our operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, data administration, and crisis management. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring workforce concentration, and providing critical support during incidents or events.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, as well as certification in Business Continuity Planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Administration: Manage data related to Business Continuity plans in Archer/Riskonnect.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with support functions to update headcount and phone numbers in the Emergency Notification System.
  • Workforce Concentration: Monitor global workforce concentration and collaborate with employees to address concerns.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain scheduled reports to support Enterprise Business Resilience Program.
  • BCP Development: Create and update Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans according to corporate requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for facilitation, documentation, and reporting.
  • Certification: BCP certification is desirable.
