Technical Transfer Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Transfer Project Manager to lead our project management initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Technology Transfer projects, ensuring timely deliverables and effective communication with stakeholders.

This role requires a strong background in project management, with experience in Formulation Development and generic drug development cycles. You should have thorough knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH, ANVISA, USFDA, EMA) and regulations (GMP, GCP, GLP). Familiarity with eCTD dossier modules and various regulatory filing pathways is also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing project plans, including schedules, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitating problem-solving and decision-making within the project team and with external partners.
  • Managing project budgets, contracts, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • At least 9 years of experience in Project Management, with prior experience in Formulation Development and generic drug development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
