Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Promptly handle incoming requests, coordinating delegate as needed and tracking to conclusion.
  • Ensure timely briefings of key engagements for the CFO, with follow-ups coordinated accordingly.
  • Coordinate communications for the finance team, plan agendas and coordinate materials for meetings chaired by the CFO.
  • Stimulate a collaborative environment through forward planning, prioritization, deadline management amongst finance teams.
  • Support preparation of papers and presentations for senior management briefings and updates.

Closely work with management teams to coordinate and drive key projects and deliverables. Act as a conduit between teams, representing the CFO at designated forums. Play a key role in transforming the finance function to be simpler and more productive.

Deepen links with business and functions, collaborating to deliver a robust strategy to invest and grow talent. Enable delivery of operating model requirements, effectively managing risk conduct and compliance matters.
