Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator - Fitouts, you will support the delivery of high-quality fitout projects by assisting Project Managers in overseeing project initiation to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist Project Managers in project coordination and planning.
  • Manage and coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Review project documentation to ensure compliance with standards and contracts.
  • Assist in procuring necessary materials, equipment, and services for project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of construction principles and project management methodologies.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements:

Preferably, candidates should have:

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
