Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and documenting all aspects of specific projects. You will coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Analyze project requirements, including scoping, discovery meetings, and work estimation.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Create detailed project plans to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage project changes, using appropriate verification techniques to ensure scope, schedule, and cost alignment.
  • Measure project performance, using relevant systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Solid technical background, with working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project or similar software.
  • Experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, and Visual Studio is a plus.
