Project Engineer Position

Job Summary:

  • Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution and completion of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To carry out thorough checks such as line, level & plumb on Mivan Shuttering.
  • Execution of water proofing procedures.
  • Coordination with MEP activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Billing certification of all vendors.
  • WO amendment and documentation management.
  • Material selection and procurement.
  • Conducting regular meetings with stakeholders.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and communication.
  • Documents control including project drawings and SOPs.
  • Cross-checking and verification of estimated quantities for bills and manpower.
  • Complete coordination with architects and consultants to resolve technical difficulties.
  • Participation in making sample flats and completing tower flat finishing activities.
  • Daily reporting to line managers with planning for next day's activities.
  • Ensuring quality work through standard procedures.
  • Creation of necessary documentation like DPR, WPR, Checklist, Pour card, Roster for pouring etc.
  • Responsibility for RCC work execution.
  • Drawing study and communication with consultants and architects for technical issues.
  • Estimation of bill of quantities and creation of executed bill.
  • Responsible for arranging resources and materials for project execution.
  • Planning for day-to-day activities with respect to schedule.
