Project Management Engineer Role

This position involves supporting a capital project team by contributing to the planning, tracking, and coordination of projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing complex projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Project Schedules: Ensure timely completion of milestones by creating and monitoring project schedules.
  2. Coordinate Meetings: Prepare agendas, distribute meeting materials, and ensure smooth communication among team members.
  3. Track Deliverables: Monitor project deadlines, follow up on action items, and maintain accurate records.
  4. Prepare Project-Related Documents: Develop and submit project-related requisitions, P.O. change orders, bid tabulations, and/or bid waivers in a timely manner.
  5. Manage Administrative Aspects: Establish, maintain, and manage administrative portions of the project budget, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  6. Audit Invoices and Payments: Verify accuracy of vendor/contractor invoices and payments, and collaborate with Capital Finance in project closings and asset assignment.
