Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and compile procurement costs.
  • Submit cost estimates with various cost data and conduct a comprehensive business analysis.
  • Interface with engineering and proposal teams to ensure timely receipt of pre-bid requests for quotation and master technical offerings.
  • Expedite the submission of RFQs to vendors and obtain offers within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Analysis of procurement costs, quantities, and scope.
  • Monitor the status of prebid documents.
  • Provide prebid deliverables, including delivery schedules, procurement plans, and manpower histograms.
  • Contribute to cash flow and risk reviews.
  • Participate in internal reviews and prepare presentations.
  • Maintain databases.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in working with EPC projects in the oil and gas industry.
  2. Background in supply chain management or procurement as a buyer or proposal and estimation department.
  3. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  4. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Effective communication with internal stakeholders, including buyers, project managers, and engineers.
