As a procurement specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and compiling cost estimates with various data. You will interface with the engineering team to ensure timely receipt of pre-bid documents.

You will also expedite with buyers to ensure RFQs are floated to vendors and offers received in time. Additionally, you will analyze costs, quantities, and scope, monitor pre-bid documents status, and provide deliverables such as delivery schedules and procurement plans.

Furthermore, you will provide inputs for cash flow reviews, participate in internal reviews, maintain databases, and prepare presentations.

Desirable criteria include:

  • Experience working in SCM/procurement function
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
