Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Web Software Engineer to join our website development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and managing scalable and maintainable websites and services.

As a seasoned professional, you will bring expertise in multiple technologies and deliver high-quality, performant web solutions that meet long-term scalability and business needs.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of web development principles, software design patterns, and agile methodologies.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and willing to share their knowledge with others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of modules or small-to-mid-sized projects
  • Ensure high-quality coding and unit testing with a focus on scalability and maintainability
  • Take initiative in production support and contribute to incident resolution
  • Participate in requirement analysis and clarification with stakeholders
  • Provide effort estimates for modules or features within a project
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to coding best practices
  • Participate in technical design discussions and recommend improvements
  • Contribute to performance tuning across components
  • Support advanced debugging and issue resolution as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on content management systems (CMS)
  • Advanced expertise in multiple technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend programming languages
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
