Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

This role focuses on leading the deployment of key HR initiatives for dedicated client groups within a global capability center. The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for driving business results, providing thought leadership, growing culture, and acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Provide Thought Leadership: Stay current on industry best practices, embrace change, challenge the status quo, and consider innovative solutions.
  • Grow our Culture: Connect directly with employees through talent development and high employee engagement.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Coach leaders at all levels with confidence and credibility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support assigned functional groups within Sales, CMI, Digital & Technology, Supply Chain & Innovation, Technology & Quality (ITQ) functions.
  • Partner with Function leaders to establish strategic local talent priorities.
  • Oversee performance management processes and lead talent management and workforce planning.
  • Provide HR project support and consult on organization structure.
  • Ensure adherence to global, regional, and local HR processes and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • At least 10-12 years of relevant experience, out of which minimum 5 years in HR Business Partnering role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
