Senior Technical Lead Position

This is a key role for an experienced and skilled leader who can effectively manage and drive the development of consumer-facing applications.

As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of engineers to design, develop, and deliver world-class solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and senior engineering leaders to create a vision and roadmap for the team, ensuring that technical goals align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing teams. They should also be able to drive design discussions, technology choices, and participate in code reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to create a vision and roadmap for the team
  • Drive design discussions, technology choices, and participate in code reviews
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers to help them grow in their careers

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of industry experience, with 1-2 years in a managerial role managing a team of at least 10-15 engineers
  • Strong background in software development, including hands-on experience in web development frameworks like Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, Django, Spring
  • Hands-on experience in programming languages like Java, Python, Javascript, Ruby
  • Hands-on experience in front-end frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, Node JS, BackboneJS, JQuery etc.
  • Experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale web applications on the cloud

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities
