Lead Software Development Team

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Software Development Team to oversee and manage a group of skilled software engineers. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in designing and developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions using React JS, Next JS, Node JS, Express JS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MSSQL Server, REST API, Python, FASTAPI, SQL Alchemy, Pydantic, Uvicorn, Azure Cloud, DevOps, GraphQL, and Strapi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and development of the software engineering team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products
  • Provide technical guidance to the team to design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure deployment, testing, and monitoring of software products
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Proven experience in React JS, Next JS, Node JS, Express JS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MSSQL Server, REST API, Python, FASTAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, Uvicorn, Azure Cloud, and DevOps, MEAN and MERN Stack, GraphQL, Strapi
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Experience in leading and managing distributed teams
  • Experience in managing recruitment and onboarding processes
