The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our Cloud Manager and Ops Manager products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the design, implementation, testing, and release of features for our Cloud Manager and Ops Manager products
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Develop and implement agile best practices to improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions that meet those needs
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow in their careers

**Requirements:**

  • Experience leading teams of software engineers
  • Strong background in software engineering, with a focus on cloud-based systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

**Nice to Have:**

  • Experience with multiple programming languages, including Java, Go, and Python
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms like Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of container orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes
