Job Title:

Cloud Engineer Operations Specialist

Overview:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Cloud Engineer to lead and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust pipeline architectures using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Develop and maintain efficient automation scripts in PowerShell and Python.
  • Participate in high-level discussions on cloud architecture and strategy.
  • Continuously develop team skills and technological proficiency, providing technical subject matter expertise.
  • Drive cross-team projects to completion by effectively communicating with stakeholders and team members.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management articles to share best practices and lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, math, or engineering disciplines, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience architecting and developing reliability-based solutions in a scripting language (PowerShell preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience with Windows Server Administration, PowerShell, IIS, Amazon Web Services/Azure/GCP.
  • 2+ years of experience developing solutions for containerized environments such as Kubernetes, AWS ECS, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
