Job Description

About the Role:

As a strategic analytics leader, you will be responsible for fostering collaboration between data-driven teams and business stakeholders to inform key strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive organizational excellence through effective partnership with business teams and talent acquisition.
  • Develop analytical solutions that leverage multiple complex datasets sources and drive decision-making.
  • Build statistical models and ML algorithms with practitioner-level competency.
  • Design easy-to-use visualization layers on top of algorithms to empower end-users.
  • Proactively promote consumption of developed solutions and identify areas for improvement in the larger organization.
  • Mentor and lead a small team of data scientists to deliver high-impact analytics projects.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in delivering analytics solutions in industries such as retail, consumer packaged goods, telecom, or hospitality.
  • Exposure to functional areas like marketing, supply chain, customer analytics, merchandising, operations, finance, or digital analytics.
