Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our analytical lab while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise in lab operations and strategic acumen in business development.

This role is crucial for ensuring project efficiency, quality, and compliance, while managing client relationships and leading a team to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute robust business strategies to drive growth and expansion for the analytical lab.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the analytical lab, ensuring project efficiency, quality control, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Provide leadership to the analytical lab and business development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Responsible for comprehensive reporting and performance analysis, providing strategic insights to senior leadership on business growth and operational metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning.
  • Extensive experience in Analytical Lab Operations, with a strong background in Quality Control and Compliance.
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Project Management skills.
  • Proficiency in Performance Analysis and Reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and effectively lead a team.

Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
