Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will be a seasoned analytics leader with expertise in Marketing Analytics, Contact Center Analytics, and Customer Experience (CX) Analytics to lead our delivery and solutions in Financial Services.
  • This leader will manage complex projects, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ years of experience in analytics.
  • Exposure to Banking and financial industry mandatory.
  • Functional expertise in contact center/customer experience domain mandatory; digital, operations analytics experience, Risk, and financial crime (optional).
