About the Role:

This high-impact position will lead internal product analytics efforts and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to shape our product roadmap through data-driven insights. You will define success metrics and ensure strategic decisions are grounded in evidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team driving actionable insights
  • Partner with product leaders to define KPIs, measure adoption, and identify opportunities
  • Owntake charge of the analytics lifecycle: instrumentation, experimentation, reporting, and insights
  • Run A/B tests, cohort analyses, and user segmentation to influence the roadmap
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure robust, reliable data infrastructure
  • Mentor analysts to become strategic partners for product teams

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in product/growth analytics, 2+ years in people management
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude
  • Proven ability to drive product decisions through data and experimentation
  • Strong SaaS metrics knowledge and product-led growth experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to turn data into clear narratives
