We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Data Insights Strategist with a strong foundation in data analytics to lead the development of data-driven products and platforms. This role will act as a key interface between business strategy and technical implementation, translating complex data insights into impactful product features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for analytics products and platforms.
  • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and epics.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, data insights, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to deliver intuitive and valuable features.
  • Identify and define opportunities to leverage data for operational efficiency, customer insight, and revenue growth.
  • Drive the development of dashboards, reporting tools, predictive models, and self-service analytics.
  • Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python to analyze user behavior and product performance.
  • Define success metrics and ensure decisions are backed by quantitative analysis.
  • Act as the bridge between business units, data science, and engineering teams.
  • Present product roadmaps, feature updates, and data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Continuously gather user feedback and iterate on product features accordingly.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality product releases by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and feature release notes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-7 years of experience as a Product Owner, with at least 2 years focused on analytics or data products.
  • Strong hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Proficient in SQL (mandatory); familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
  • Experience in converting business goals into measurable data outcomes.
