About the Role
  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Ansata Computer Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
  • Assist with handling incoming and outgoing packages, managing couriers, and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized office environment, including inventory management for office supplies, equipment, and consumables.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate team members as needed.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support basic accounting tasks, such as sending vouchers, filing receipts, and tracking office expenses.
  • Connect with vendors for facility-related services and repairs, ensuring the office is functional and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher education (B, BBA, BCA).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, though freshers with a strong willingness to learn will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
