Key Responsibilities:

As an integral member of the Play Arena team, the Administrative Support Professional will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office workflow. This involves managing tasks assigned to other administrative employees, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining the accuracy of work completed.

Support and Training:

The successful candidate will provide training and guidance to staff members and new hires, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Program Implementation:

This role will also involve implementing and monitoring programs as directed by management, taking the initiative to see them through to completion.

Communication and Administration:

Effective communication is crucial in this position, with a focus on generating memos, emails, and reports as needed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining office equipment and supplies, including computers, copy machines, and fax machines.

Customer Service:

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, responding promptly to questions and requests for information, and providing a positive experience for our team members and external stakeholders.
