About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PM Implementation Expert to lead the implementation of the ARMP solution in our Long Segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the transformation steps of projects, including initial demand collection, books of requirements, Request for Proposal, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, and project committees.

  • Manage the transformation process of projects, ensuring alignment with our strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of the 5-year plan, assessing that transformations handled are in phase with the current strategy.
  • Oversee a part of the run and maintain activity, contributing to incidents management and progressive maintenance management.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ARMP solution in the Long Segment.
  • Lead transformation steps of projects.
  • Develop and implement the 5-year plan.
  • Manage run and maintain activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience/knowledge of the general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage.
  • SAP customizing in SAP PM module.
  • ABAP skills are a plus (Debugging).
  • Deep Business processes knowledge of the Plant Maintenance activity.
