Job Title: EcoSys Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert in portfolio management and project controls to implement, configure, and operationalize EcoSys Hexagon for supporting projects.

The consultant will lead the configuration of cost classes, coding structures, workflows, change controls, and governance templates in EcoSys. They will also establish baselines, progress capture, EVMS calculations, variance analysis dashboards, implement standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals, KPIs, and orchestrate integrations between EcoSys and ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in PPM Project Controls and 3 years of hands-on EcoSys configuration and admin experience. They should possess strong cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and EVMS knowledge, as well as proven integration experience with SAP, SFDC, or similar ETL ability to define source to EcoSys mappings.

The consultant will be responsible for building portfolio and project dashboards, KPIs, cost schedule performance, funding vs actuals leveraging EcoSys reports aligned to reporting cadences. They will translate governance into EcoSys processes, gates approvals, auditability, author SOPs, Runbooks, and conduct user training.

The consultant must engage program leads, finance controllers, PMs, data teams, manage change requests, and cutovers aligned to deliverables, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
