Job Title: Oracle Costing Specialist

Location: Remote, India (Pacific Time Zone hours)

Duration: 4-6 months with potential for extension based on performance.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Costing Specialist to support our ongoing implementation project. The specialist will focus on expanding and maintaining the Oracle Costing module, ensuring accurate product costing to support pricing strategies and margin analysis in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the Oracle Costing module as part of a broader implementation project.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve issues and expand module capabilities.
  • Ensure accurate product costing to support pricing and margin decisions.
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for costing-related challenges.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, including direct collaboration with the costing lead.
  • Participate in interviews and onboarding processes as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Costing.
  • Strong accounting background with relevant degree or hands-on experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly articulate issues and solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for occasional travel may be required.
