Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent Communication Skills – drive discussions with cross geography counterparts
  • End to end implementation experience in oracle fusion
  • Delivery management experience of small to mid-size projects, mentoring, and coaching skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Oracle Finance (All Modules)
  • Oracle HCM technical (Conversion, Fast Formula, Integrtaion)
  • Oracle HCM Functional (Core HR, Absence, OTL, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, HRHD, ODA, Talent Management and Learn )
  • Oracle SCM (Manufacturing, Oder Management, Inventory, OTM, GTM)
  • Oracle Analytics (OTBI, BIP, FDI/FAW, ETL/ODI and OAC)
  • Oracle Technical ( OIC Integration, Conversion, VBCS)
  • Oracle EPM EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, DM and FCCS

Certification: Oracle Certification is preferred

Experience and Qualification: 2 to 12 Years Qualification - Graduate / Post-Graduate / CA / CMA
