Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design high-impact ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay ahead of industry changes by monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
  • Leverage user data and insights to inform targeted marketing efforts.
  • Manage budget allocation and forecasting for performance marketing activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Strong creative skills and the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
