We are seeking a skilled and proactive Medical Marketing Strategist to join our team and take charge of planning, creating, executing, and scheduling medical marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and regional market strategies.

This role focuses on promoting 20Med's diverse portfolio of medical devices globally, ensuring that campaigns are tailored to meet the unique needs of different audiences.

  • Campaign Planning and Strategy

The Medical Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote medical devices across various platforms (e.g., email, WhatsApp, social media, Google Ads). They will customize campaigns to align with the target audience, regional preferences, and business objectives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales team to ensure campaigns meet business goals and align with brand messaging.

  • Content Creation and Scheduling

The Medical Marketing Strategist will work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling campaign assets, including ad copy, graphics, videos, and landing pages.

They will schedule campaigns to maximize audience reach and engagement, considering time zones and regional factors.

  • Execution and Management

The Medical Marketing Strategist will monitor campaign performance and ensure on-time delivery of all components.

They will analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROI, conversions) to assess effectiveness.

Additionally, they will provide regular reports and insights, recommending optimizations to improve campaign outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices sector.
  • Proficiency with campaign management tools and platforms and marketing automation software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of regional marketing strategies and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in the medical or healthcare industries is a plus.
