Dealer Network Growth Specialist

This role involves driving expansion and growth through strategic dealer onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and successfully integrating new dealers into our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential new dealers that align with our business objectives.
  • Establish rapport with prospective dealer partners through proactive outreach and engagement.
  • Presents the value proposition of partnering with us, effectively addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Negotiates terms and finalizes agreements for new dealer onboarding.
  • Guarantees a seamless transition by guiding new dealers through the entire onboarding process.
  • Collaborates closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, support) to facilitate smooth integration of new dealers.
  • Monitors and reports on onboarding progress and success metrics.
  • Develops strategies for market expansion and increasing our dealer network.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or partnership acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive and target-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Understanding of dealer networks or channel partnerships is highly beneficial.
