Senior Enterprise Client Strategist

Drive growth and success with key enterprise clients by owning relationships, understanding client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions, representing the client internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Owning and managing complex enterprise client relationships.
  • Understanding client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver effective solutions.
  • Leading onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Representing the client internally through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conducting executive-level discussions and aligning solutions with client objectives.
  • Utilizing data, KPIs, and market insights to provide recommendations and measurable value.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
  • Translating client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • A proven ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; an MBA is an advantage.
