Clinical Education Manager for Channel Partnerships Asia

Role Overview
The Clinical Education Manager for Channel Partnerships Asia will lead Cardinal Health's educational initiatives for channel partners in the region. This role is responsible for driving clinical education, portfolio segmentation, and market shaping activities to support business development.
This position requires a strong understanding of the medical consumables and devices industry, as well as experience working with surgeons and operating theatre nurses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical education programs for current and future customers in focused growth categories.
- Ensure alignment of messaging across all partners and healthcare professionals.
- Organize and spearhead educational activities, including monthly trainings, hospital in-service workshops, and peer-to-peer events.
- Identify and target key opinion leaders (KOLs) in strategic markets to drive clinical engagement and support business development.
- Understand and map reimbursement strategies for listing focused growth products across strategic markets.
- Develop standardized clinical materials to drive specialty targeting, including in-service workshop decks and sales talk tracks.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and selling-related skills to provide better value add to customers and differentiate Cardinal Health from competitors.
- Understand the competitive landscape and serve as the on-the-ground market intelligence for Cardinal Health, collecting customer data reports.
- Share best practices within the organization and participate in organizational activities.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term favorable customer relationships with various stakeholders in important accounts, working with channel partners and sales teams.
- Be the face of the company for customers by providing regular communication, addressing concerns, registering complaints, and leveraging opportunities to deliver customer satisfaction.
- Work in a compliant and ethical manner, adhering to company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve individual and team goals and serve customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Healthcare background
- 3-7 years of clinical experience in the medical consumables and devices industry or professional experience in OT hospital settings; direct experience with surgeons and operating theatre nurses preferred
- Good verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties
- Keen understanding of engaging distributor markets and distributor sales teams
- Results-oriented environment familiar with driving educational programs in cross-departmental and complex public sector environments
- Leverage good product and clinical skills to gain in-market insights
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment independently while taking ownership and working with ambiguity
- Embraces out-of-the-box thinking in engaging and challenging teams when looking at challenges and opportunities
- Ability to think strategically and yet is hands-on and operationally

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience.
