Job Overview

The role of a CA Finance Controller is pivotal in ensuring the financial well-being of an organization. This position encompasses the entire finance and accounts function, including fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT/Service Tax, and statutory compliance.

The CA Finance Controller has complete control over fixed assets and handles procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, Capex management, salary, and employee reimbursements efficiently.

Financial statement variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast, period-over-period actuals), analyzing financial data, and providing cost-saving opportunities to management are key responsibilities.

Key objectives include timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues, preparing and finalizing income tax returns, monthly GST returns, and TDS reconciliation of input tax credit.

Daily cash flow and working capital management require maintaining good analytics and reporting skills.

  • Effective leadership and team player skills are essential for motivating and guiding teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in Accounting Systems, POS Systems, and cost and inventory systems is required for efficient operations.
