About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to spearhead our financial management efforts. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management, ensuring timely payments, investments, and funding requirements are met.
  • Internal Controls and Risk Management: Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management practices to mitigate potential threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure efficient performance, high-quality work products, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is highly desirable).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing practices in India.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
