Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Audit & Compliance
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls to minimize risks and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Taxation & Regulatory
  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Professional accounting designation as a CA.
  • 10+ years' experience at a senior level financial managerial position in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner.
