Job Title: Financial Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to oversee our day-to-day financial operations and drive growth as the company expands.

About the Role

This position presents an opportunity for a highly motivated professional to take ownership of financial management, develop key skills, and advance into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger reconciliations, and Tally/ERP system administration.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, such as MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and identify variances to optimize financial performance.
  • Maintain compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax.
  • Oversee payroll processing and statutory filings, such as PF and ESI.
  • Support vendor management, contracts, and financial administration.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in finance/accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software, including Tally, Excel, and ERP systems (ERPNext is an advantage).
  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, communication expertise, and attention to detail.
