The Global Head of Alliance role is pivotal in expanding our network and enhancing solutions through key partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow existing partner relationships to ensure long-term value and collaboration.

- Develop a scalable framework for formalizing and managing partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to define, implement, and monitor partnership strategies.
- Take full ownership of partnership performance metrics and reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- A proven track record in developing, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships.
- Experience in building partner programs in a SaaS, Cloud, Quality Engineering, or AI/ML environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
