Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a driven professional to join our team as an Insurance Customer Experience Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the sales team to improve customer experience, following up on quotes, and creating rapport with customers.
This is a full-time position based in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, offering competitive salary and benefits. You will have opportunities to grow your career in insurance and work with a range of products, including fire, marine, liability, engineering, and health insurance.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong command of the English language, and comprehensive knowledge of SME insurance products. A Bachelor's degree in Arts, Commerce, or Engineering is also required.
- About the Job: As an Insurance Customer Experience Executive, your primary responsibility will be to enhance customer satisfaction by working closely with the sales team.
- Your Tasks: Follow up on quotes, create quotes for various insurance products, establish a rapport with customers, resolve customer queries, and arrange appointments for the sales team.
