Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and address employee complaints and grievances.
  • Develop and implement policies to promote positive employee relations.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.
  • Provide training and guidance on ER best practices to employees and management.
  • Analyze and resolve conflicts through effective mediation and negotiation techniques.
  • Design and deliver ER workshops to enhance consultant engagement and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of ER cases and provide regular reporting to management.
