Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist with 4–5 years of experience to manage and enhance all aspects of the HR function independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.

This is a hands-on role where you will drive HR initiatives directly without a team reporting to you. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, develop and implement HR policies and processes, oversee employee relations, lead performance management systems, and plan and execute employee engagement programs.

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and processes aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work environment.
  • Lead performance management systems: appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
