Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CEO's Office and leadership team to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional projects spanning product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market functions
  • Run executive-level operations, including OKR planning, business reviews, and Board preparations
  • Ensure clarity, speed, and efficiency in decision-making across the company
  • Build a broad understanding of all business areas to proactively identify challenges and opportunities
  • Act as a central hub of communication and coordination across leadership and external stakeholders
